Willow Glen High class of 1974 sets 30-year reunion

Graduates of Willow Glen High School’s class of 1974 are planning their 30-year reunion for Saturday, Oct. 30 at the Hilton San Jose and Towers.

The reunion will start at 7 p.m. with a reception followed by a three-course sit-down dinner at 8 p.m. Reservations include the dinner, music and dancing, a Bio Book, a no-host bar, name badges, reduced overnight rates at the hotel, alumni search and decorations.

The Bio Book is a memory book given to each pre-paid classmate. Alums who have not received the bio sheet should contact Great Reunions. The deadline for submitting the bio sheet is Sept. 30. All participants will receive name badges, each with a photo from your high school yearbook.

The Hilton will hold a limited block of rooms at $99 in the name of Willow Glen High. Contact the hotel by phone or via the Web for rates, availability or reservations. Make your reservations no later than Sept. 30 to receive the reduced room rate. The Hilton is located at 300 Almaden Boulevard in downtown San Jose; the telephone number is 287-2100.
Reunion tickets and merchandise can be purchased using Great Reunions’ Web site, http://www.greatreunions.com, which has a secure online order form as well as phone and fax numbers and information on how to pay with a check or money order.

Reunion tickets are $83 with an extra Bio Book priced at $17 each. Reservations must be received by the Friday prior to the reunion by 5 p.m. Payments received after that deadline will be charged an additional $10. There is a $10 processing fee for all refunds. Requests for refunds must be received no later than seven days prior to the reunion.
