John Maydeck becomes seniors realty specialist
The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC) recently named John Maydeck of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, San Jose Willow Glen, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. The new designation allows Maydeck to specialize in real estate services with older homebuyers and sellers.
It also makes him part of a nationwide network of real estate professionals who specialize in the legal, financial and personal issues affecting the 55-plus population. Maydeck also is teaming up with financial professionals including a tax advisor, attorney and accountant who can help seniors make decisions about selling their homes, buying rental properties, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community, managing capital gains and estate tax implication of owning real estate.
Maydeck has lived in San Jose for over 30 years. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, he was an entrepreneur and held executive management positions in finance and human resources. The specialized training he has received, along with his professional business experience, will help him better serve members of the senior community.
SAREC tracks the special issues and needs of senior property owners and provides education to Realtors® who make seniors an important focus of their business.
